The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary for the installation of an emergency standby generator/ATS and relocation of a propane tank. Work includes verifying measurements, obtaining permits, identifying buried utilities, pouring rebar reinforced concrete pads for the generator and propane tank, trenching and power feed, installing a load center transfer switch in a NEMA 3R enclosure, relocating the existing propane tank, installing the generator, and verifying operation. The generator must be 50KW, liquid propane, 120/240 VAC, 60 Hz, single phase, with an enclosure suitable for exterior coastal conditions.
