The Improvements under this Contract consist of replacing the structurally deficient bridge on Rice Machine Road over Rice
Machine Branch (Bridge No. 524139) in Holmes County, Florida with a new concrete bridge culvert (Bridge No. 524236) within its
existing alignment. Other improvements included are paved roadway approaches and pavement markings. A project detour will
be in place.
