The improvements consist of milling and resurfacing, shoulder treatment, guardrail and other incidental construction on I-95 (SR 9) from the Duval County line to south of SR 200, including bridge deck expansion joint rehabilitation, maintenance of traffic, milling at multiple depths, Superpave asphaltic concrete and friction course placement, guardrail installation and removal, turf and shoulder work, pavement markings, rumble strips and fiber optic cable locator work over a 1.95-mile proposal length.
