The improvements consist of mobilization and maintenance of traffic including traffic control officer, work zone and business signs, channelizing devices, arrow boards, portable changeable message signs, temporary signalization and detection, and Type III barricades; roadway work including clearing and grubbing, removal of existing concrete, concrete curb and gutter Type F, 6-inch concrete sidewalk and driveways, detectable warnings, performance turf sod, litter removal and mowing; signing work including single- and multi-column ground sign assemblies, overhead sign panels and AC-powered blank-out signs, thermoplastic markings and removal of existing markings; and signalization work including directional-bore conduit, signal cable, fiber optic cable, connections and locator, span wire assembly, pull and splice boxes, electrical power service and service wire, prestressed concrete pole removal, aluminum signal poles, steel strain poles, vehicular and pedestrian signals, video and Bluetooth vehicle detection, pedestrian detectors, traffic controller assemblies, ITS CCTV camera, and managed field Ethernet switch over 0.428 miles.
