The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for Electrical and Emergency Power Systems Installation and/or Replacement.
The work includes furnishing all equipment on an as-needed basis for installation, renewal, and replacement of electrical and emergency systems, including interior and exterior power, lighting, lighting control systems, solar energy electrical generation systems, and emergency generator systems. Work also includes rigging, drywall, masonry, painting, boring/trenching, and all related work. The contractor must provide full electrical services including diagnostic testing, wiring, lighting conversion to LED, new service installations, and commissioning. For emergency systems, work includes installation/replacement of generator sets, UPS systems, transfer switches, and all subsystem components. The contractor must obtain all permits, provide shop drawings and as-builts, and conduct training.
