Congregate and Home Delivered Meals for the City-County Nutrition Program

All proposals must to be received by the indicated Close Date and Time. Proposals may be submitted online through the e-Bid platform Ion Wave or delivered to the County of El Paso Purchasing Department.

RFP Notice, specifications, related documents and additional information are provided on Ion Wave.

Questions must be submitted through the online platform Ion Wave or sent to: [email protected] by the Question Cutoff Date & Time. RFP number and title must be on the “Subject Line” of the e-mail. All questions and their responses will be posted on Ion Wave and will be available for download by respondents after the deadline for questions.

Any change in the RFP will also be posted on the Ion Wave e-Bid website as an addendum. It shall be the respondent’s responsibility to check the e-bid system prior to the opening date to verify whether any addendums have been posted. Vendors must be registered in the Ion Wave e-Bid system to receive notifications regarding addenda, updates, and other solicitation-related information. Failure to register or receive notification shall not relieve the Bidder of the responsibility to review and comply with all issued addenda.
