The East Bay Municipal Utility District (the District) requests a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in competing for placement on the Employee and Organizational Development Facilitator and Coach Roster (EOD-FCR). Firms, teams and joint ventures may ask to be included on any of the following specialty discipline rosters. The firm should be able to provide the specialty discipline onsite at District facilities or online.

There is no deadline for the current roster but interested parties are encouraged to submit their information as soon as possible. The first review of submissions will take place on Monday, June 30, 2025.

Consultants may be asked to develop and facilitate curriculum in Career/Professional Development, Leadership Development, Business Writing, Project Management, and Time Management, with curriculums customized to the District and including workbooks and handouts. Consultants may also provide career coaching and leadership coaching services, including strategic planning for individual staff and departments. Services may be performed onsite at District facilities or online.
