The contractor provides equipment with qualified operators for snow plowing, ice treatment and removal on designated roads statewide, plus support for other incidents or emergencies including debris removal, as ordered by M&O District personnel. Work includes mobilizing to assigned locations, operating plows, spreaders, loaders, graders, tree equipment and other listed or negotiated equipment, applying DelDOT-supplied salt, maintaining safety equipment, communications, fuel and maintenance, maintaining daily records of personnel, equipment, locations, hours and damage, and submitting detailed event invoices.
