The consultant will perform inventory inspections of new structures and scheduled inspections of existing structures, including approximately 678 sign structures, 236 high mast lighting/camera structures, and 3,092 traffic signal supports, using hands-on inspection supplemented by visual inspection, UAVs, and nondestructive testing of all anchor bolts, perform minor maintenance such as bolt tightening and sign clip replacement, provide all access equipment and maintenance of traffic, and document work with digital photographs and electronic data in DelDOT's database with summary and database deliverables.
