DTCC is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified insurance carriers and/or third-party administrators to provide a comprehensive Vision Benefits Program for eligible employees and their covered dependents. The College's objective is to provide a high-quality, cost-effective vision plan that offers broad provider access, exceptional customer service, competitive pricing, and innovative member tools while minimizing administrative burden. The contract will cover an initial period of three years with up to three one-year renewals, with coverage effective July 1, 2027. The College currently makes a Flexible Benefits Plan available to approximately 934 eligible employees. Current vision insurance participation includes 398 employees, 154 employee & spouse, 160 employee & dependents, 197 family, and 25 no coverage. Proposals will be accepted for Vision Insurance from companies licensed and authorized in the State of Delaware to transact the type of business for which they are quoting.
