The bidder(s) will also facilitate Dual Status Youth Meetings (DSYMs) for youth involved in both the child welfare and juvenile justice systems, including scheduling meetings, leading collaborative sessions, disseminating summary reports, and following up at 2-week and 30-45 day intervals. Bidders may propose statewide services or services limited to New Castle, Kent, or Sussex Counties, and must describe staffing patterns, training plans, and data security measures for client records.
