The City of Denton would like to inform you of a subcontractor bidding opportunity currently advertising for the Neighborhood 5B & Oakland Drainage Project. The City is using a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) approach for this project, with construction divided into multiple bid packages.
On behalf of the City and serving as the CMAR for the project, Sundt Construction is seeking proposals for GMP 1 for the following packages:
• Site Work
• Concrete
• Seeding, Sodding, & Erosion Control
Electronic Sealed Proposals will be received by Sundt Construction, Inc. via www.BuildingConnected.com (electronically sealed submission) or a hard copy submittal prior to 1:00 PM on November 12, 2026. Prospective subcontractors and suppliers may obtain copies of the GMP-1 drawings, specifications, and bidding documents by requesting access to the Building Connected site.
Sundt Construction will hold a virtual pre-bid conference on October 21, 2026 at 2:00PM CT. Meeting details are listed on the Projects Building Connected website.
