Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. The term of this contract will be from award date through November 30, 2025 with three automatic one-year renewals. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
