Professional Services - Architectural, Engineering & Surveying (Continuous, 2026-2031)

The City of Temple (City) seeks to pre-qualify architectural and engineering (A/E) as well as surveying firms licensed to practice in the State of Texas to provide professional services on an as-needed basis for a five-year period from March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2031. Firms that demonstrate through their statement of qualifications and interview, if required, the ability meet the City's needs will be placed on a pre-qualified firms list. When professional services are required, the City will select a firm from this list. The City reserves the right to issue a project-specific request for qualifications (RFQ) when the size, complexity, or scope of a project warrants such action, as determined solely by the City. Placement on the pre-qualified list does not guarantee selection or award of any project. Note: Firms that submitted statements of qualifications in response to a previous RFQ do not automatically become pre-qualified. New SOQs must be submitted in response to this RFQ.
