Food Catering Services

NOTE: This is a continuation of RFP 2024-005 Food Catering Services which was originally issued on September 21, 2024. Little Elm Independent School District (LEISD) is requesting proposals to establish qualified vendors that offer Food Catering Services along with providing exceptional service and competitive pricing for the District. The food catering services can be but not limited to, Platters and Trays, Boxed Lunches, Deli sandwiches, Pizzas, Desserts, Bakery Delicacies (Donuts, Danish, Bagels and Muffins w/condiments), Food Trucks, Food Snacks and Beverages. This RFP is for any food catering restaurants/services, food trucks and/or retail food/snacks. These services will be provided on an "as needed" basis. Orders shall be delivered to any of the Little Elm ISD school/department locations or orders may be picked up by the participating school/department. Each individual school/department will place orders with an approved Purchase Order or credit card. NOTE: This solicitation does not award services for providing food or beverage products to the District's students through Child Nutrition Services. Awards will be made to multiple vendors during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Proposals responses may also be referred to as "bids" herein. If you were awarded on RFP 2019-002 Food Catering Services, you do NOT need to respond to this award. Although the District is legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request that bidders submit this bid electronically.
