- <div>Carroll Independent School District ("CISD" or "District") is requesting proposals for ATHLETIC SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS & RELATED SERVICES.</div>

<div><span style="background-color: #f2f2f2;">Carroll ISD must adhere to State Purchasing Laws and competitively procure for purchases of goods and services. One method to seek bids and </span></div>
<div><span style="background-color: #f2f2f2;">proposals for goods and services is to issue a "Catalog" RFP in order to establish an approved list of vendors from which District employees can purchase from on an as needed basis. <span style="background-color: #ffffff;">This is a </span><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">Multi-Award RFP</span></strong><span style="background-color: #ffffff;"> for ATHLETIC SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS & RELATED SERVICES; meaning we will award to more than one vendor.</span><span style="background-color: #f2f2f2;"> It is the intent of CISD to provide a broad base of vendors to select products and services to meet the needs of the District. Therefore, if you would like to do business with CISD you <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">MUST</span> </strong>complete a response to this request. Discount prices will include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination, unless otherwise noted or unless other terms have been negotiated.</span></span></div>
