Library Books, Textbooks and Digital Educational Resources - Opening #2

The Austin Independent School District (herein after referred to as “AISD” or the “district”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide library books, textbooks and digital educational resources, including library cataloging and processing. Products must be suitable for use by students in grades Pre-K to 12 in school libraries and classrooms, as well as the professional libraries of teachers, staff and administration. The purpose of this proposal is to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide these products for instructional and/or administrative use under the terms of the requirements and specifications of this RFP. This RFP is NOT intended for the following products: Print or cloud-based curriculum programs, print or digital instructional materials, test preparation materials, workbooks, state adopted textbooks, computer software programs, instructional supplies, general classroom supplies or equipment such as audio-visual equipment. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN AWARDED UNDER THIS RFP, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT ANOTHER RESPONSE.
