Housing Preservation Program

The URA is requesting funding applications for projects seeking Housing Preservation Program (HPP) funds. HPP will help fund the acquisition, renovation, or operations of existing subsidized or naturally occurring affordable rental units located within the City of Pittsburgh. HPP's mission is to invest in affordable rental housing that is at risk of turning market rate. Funding available to projects seeking HPP financing originates from the American Rescue Plan. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Please refer to the PDF of the Housing Preservation Program Funding Application attached to this posting for more information on the program terms, funding limits, approval processes, and how to apply. All applications must include a completed Exhibit B - Application Narrative, Exhibit C - Excel Application, and all applicable attachments listed in Exhibit D - Attachments Checklist.
