Professional Development Consultants, Services and Materials

Belton Independent School District is accepting Request for Proposals from qualified vendors to provide services for Professional Development Consultants, Services and Materials. This is a qualifying RFP only and services will be purchased on an "as needed" basis throughout the District. If you were awarded RFP #2109-600-265, there is no need to respond to this proposal #2109-600-265-1. This RFP will not be a guarantee of purchase for any services or goods, but to establish a list of Approved Vendors with Belton ISD. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Belton ISD urges all vendors that provide these services and materials to respond to this Proposal, even if you are a SOLE SOURCE provider of the services or materials. Once this proposal has been closed and awarded, another solicitation will be solicited to capture additional vendors until the end of the total contract. Awards will be made on a monthly basis throughout this open period of that solicitation. This proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by Belton ISD using federal dollars. This proposal may be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs. THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. TERM: The term of this proposal shall be for one (1) year with automatic renewals one (1) year at a time through December 31, 2027. Belton ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services.
