Fundraising Products and/or Services

The Belton Independent School District ("BISD" or the "District") invites qualified companies to submit proposals Fundraising Products and/or Services. This is a qualifying RFP only and services will be purchased on an "as-needed" basis throughout the District. If you were awarded RFP #2208-425-282, there is no need to respond to this proposal #2208-425-282-1. Refer to Attachment #6 Awarded Vendors to see if your company was approved for #2204-425-282. This RFP will not be a guarantee of purchase for any goods or services, but to establish a list of Approved Vendors with Belton ISD. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Awards will be made on a monthly basis throughout this period. TERM: The term of this proposal shall be for one (1) year with four (4) automatic one (1) year renewals not to exceed four (4) years total. Initial Contract Period: July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023; Contract YR2: July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 Contract YR3: July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 Contract YR4: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026 Contract YR5: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 Belton ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
