The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) Office of Capital Planning and
Development (OCP) requires licensed, qualified professionals to provide RAD Capital Needs
Assessments (CNA) and Radon Testing.
SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS will be available Monday, December 15, 2025, full
