Site preparation and demolition; earthwork; roadways, parking lots, paving, landscaping, and site improvements; utility infrastructure (water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fuel distribution, and utility tunnels); foundations and slabs-on-grade; below-grade and structural construction; exterior building envelope; roofing; interior construction and finishes; fire protection specialties; stairs and railings; and installation of loading dock and food service equipment.
Estimated Cost Range: $4,600,000 – $5,100,000
Mechanical/HVAC
The HVAC Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the work indicated in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, energy supply systems; HVAC systems, equipment, and appurtenances; HVAC instrumentation and controls; testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems; the Building Automation System (BAS); and mechanical connections to equipment furnished under other contracts.
Estimated Cost Range: $850,000.00 – $940,000.00
Electrical
The Electrical Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the work indicated in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, site electrical distribution systems; site lighting; site communications and security systems; electrical service and power distribution systems; exterior and interior lighting systems, including light pole bases; communication and security systems; fire alarm and detection systems; uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems; and electrical connections to equipment furnished under other contracts.
Estimated Cost Range: $586,000.00 - $650,000.00
Plumbing
The Plumbing Contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the work indicated in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, site plumbing and special plumbing systems; plumbing fixtures and trim; domestic water distribution systems; sanitary waste and vent systems; storm water drainage systems; compressed air systems; fuel oil systems; natural gas systems; fire protection systems; and plumbing connections to equipment furnished under other contracts.
Estimated Cost Range: $480,000.00 – $530,000.00

The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and shall provide to the Owner on the Minimum Qualifications Form a list of five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years. Projects with complex technical specification sections may require additional experience in terms of both time as well as number of similarly completed projects.
