The Project also includes 1,396 SF of interior renovations of a portion of the first floor into an open office, an expanded coffee station area, and an expanded museum.
Critically, the facility, which hosts hundreds of events throughout the entire calendar year, will remain operational during the proposed Project. Therefore, the expansion project will address critical programmatic needs while ensuring successful ongoing operations and maintaining staff and patron safety as the highest priority.
