The Watertown Public Schools is seeking qualified Vendors for Kitchen Equipment Repair/Maintenance for our five schools.
The contract period shall be from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with the option of extending the contract for two (2) additional years at the discretion of the Watertown Public Schools.

The selected vendor will perform two semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections at all five district kitchens, provide written reports on equipment condition and needed repairs, and dispatch qualified technicians for repairs as needed, with emergency response within four hours. The vendor will also provide estimates for new kitchen equipment purchases when requested.
