The vendor shall perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, maintain optimal system configuration, ensure availability, and monitor energy production of the 100kW Northern Power Systems wind turbine. Work includes 24/7 monitoring, semi-annual and annual inspections, extended service maintenance in the 5th year, unscheduled repairs, emergency response within 24 hours, and furnishing consumables under $1,000. The vendor must also coordinate with MBTA and Keolis for site access, maintain Roadway Worker Protection training, and provide quarterly production numbers for Renewable Energy Certificate creation.
