The intent of this project is to improve the condition, appearance, durability, and serviceability of flooring throughout designated areas of Greeneville Fire Station 2.
The City is open to multiple solutions depending upon the existing condition and type of flooring. Proposed work may include refinishing existing flooring, repairing damaged areas, replacing flooring, installing new flooring systems, or a combination of these approaches.
Contractors are encouraged to inspect the facility and recommend solutions that provide the best combination of durability, appearance, ease of maintenance, slip resistance, service life, and overall value to the City.
