ON CALL MOBILE-FOOT PATROL SECURITY (RESOLICITATION)

The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is issuing this Small Purchase Solicitation (“SPS”) seeking to
contract with one or more contractors (each a “Contractor”) to provide on call armed and unarmed Mobile and
Standing/Foot patrol Security Personnel services to various Authority locations on an "as needed, when needed" basis. It is the
intent of this solicitation and the resulting contract to provide for uniformed security guard services at different levels of expe
rience and expertise for multiple Authority properties. The Authority reserves the right to make one award or multiple awards
under this SPS, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest. Any obligations of those submitting responses in response to this
SPS (“Respondents”) continue to be obligations of Contractor(s) when awarded. Awards will be based on price and other factors
as described in this SPS.
