Description
The Board of Trustees of the California State University is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)
from interested and qualified general contractors (Respondents) to provide Collaborative (Progressive)
Design Build (CDB), and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services the design,
preconstruction, construction management, and/or construction of a portfolio of projects under a master
enabling agreement.
The delivery method for this contract is Task Order-Construction Agreement for Multiple Projects— Master
Enabling Agreement (TO-CA MEA). The Trustees will issue two types of agreements under the TO-CA
MEA, a Task Order Service Agreement (TOSA) for the design and
preconstruction phase services and a Task Order Construction Agreement (TOCA) for the construction
phase.
Provide Collaborative (Progressive) Design Build and Construction Manager at Risk services for the design, preconstruction, construction management, and/or construction of a portfolio of projects under a master enabling agreement. The Trustees will issue Task Order Service Agreements for design and preconstruction phase services and Task Order Construction Agreements for construction phase work.
