The State of Colorado, CNCC, is soliciting this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select an architectural firm to evaluate Holland West, assess existing conditions, and develop space utilization and renovation options that align with institutional goals and available funding. The selected architectural firm will evaluate Holland West, a 9,242-square-foot residential facility constructed in 1962, assess existing conditions, and develop space utilization and renovation options. The analysis will establish a baseline for future decision-making and support recommendations regarding the building's long-term use and renovation strategy. The project must comply with the Buy Clean Colorado Act. CNCC anticipates using a Design/Bid/Build (DBB) approach to project delivery, and the Architect/Engineer is expected to provide Basic Services as described in the sample Architect/Engineer/Consultant Agreement and Terms and Conditions.
