The contractor will administer the National Core Indicators – Aging and Disabilities (NCI-AD) Survey, the National Core Indicators – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (NCI-IDD) Survey, and the Children's Waiver Satisfaction Survey (CWSS) on a rotating basis by State Fiscal Year. Responsibilities include recruiting and managing interviewers, conducting background checks, training interviewers, conducting face-to-face and remote interviews, providing language translation and disability accommodations, performing quality assurance activities, providing survey devices and software, managing sample lists, mapping addresses, designating territories, confirming participants, programming surveys into tracking databases, submitting final data to ODESA (for NCI surveys) or as specified in the work plan (for CWSS), and providing weekly and monthly status reports and a final Survey Administration Summary and Final Data Report.
