The contractor will maintain Cost Reporting, Quarterly Financial and Random Moment Online Systems in test and production environments, collect salaries, benefits and allowable costs, complete annual cost reconciliation and provider-specific interim rates and cost settlements, administer quarterly Medicaid Administrative Claiming, conduct a statewide Random Moment Time Study with staff-pool vetting and quarterly updates, perform eligibility matching for enrollment and utilization ratios, implement an audit program with desk and claims reviews and corrective-action follow-up, deliver annual and refresher trainings, stakeholder and bi-weekly project meetings, operate toll-free help desks with two-business-day response, publish the SHS Manual and quarterly newsletter, conduct outreach and new-coordinator mentorship with monthly office hours, and provide work plans, monthly and annual reports and additional federal-policy consulting as requested.
