The purpose of the project is to select a Proposer to provide a data validation system accessible via an application program interface (API) that can interface directly with the Colorado Health Systems Directory (CHSD). The selected Proposer will provide CASS-certified address data validation via API, standardizing and correcting street address, city, state, zip+4, apartment/suite, county, census tract, block, rooftop-level geocoding, and latitude/longitude. The Proposer will also provide validated demographic data via API, covering gender, sex, age/date of birth, email address, country of origin, and education level. The validated data will be returned and populated into the CHSD, supporting CDPHE's Primary Care Office in determining health professional workforce shortages across Colorado.
