Partial completion approved includes installation and startup of Chiller No. 2; installation and commissioning of Chilled Water Pumps No. 1 and No. 2; installation of new chilled water piping and pipe insulation; installation of new electrical breakers, feeders, and conductors serving the chiller and chilled water pumps; installation and commissioning of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs); replacement and commissioning of the Building Automation System (BAS) control panel; and installation and commissioning of refrigerant monitoring panels.
