This solicitation is for Pre-qualification Only. Approved Sellers will receive notice and will be invited to the closed bid solicitation. Est. >$5,000,000.
The work includes replacing underground glycol piping, removing and replacing air handling units (AHUs), installing new electric boilers in the Compressor Building, Access Building 2, and Electrical Building, providing temporary cooling and power during construction, removing and replacing electrical wiring for new mechanical equipment, removing and replacing motor control centers (MCCs) in the Scum Disposal Building and Electrical Building, recovering glycol from the existing system and refilling with new 30% propylene glycol solution, performing test pits to verify piping locations, and removing and safely disposing of lead paint found in mechanical rooms of the Compressor, Waste Gas Burner, and Digester Buildings. The project is phased over several years and includes work in multiple buildings at the plant.
