Contractor will perform work shown per drawings dated 4/8/26 by Martin/Martin, including shoring for inverted-tee beams, concrete and embedded rebar repair, flange to flange repair, and spandrel repair. The garage must remain operational; work must be sequenced so only half of a parking level is closed at any time. Add Alternate #1 includes additional sealant and coating work at Level 4 of the garage, including removal of existing traffic coating, removal and replacement of joint sealants, application of heavy duty traffic coating, silane sealer, and re-striping.
