The contractor shall provide a wearable device (approved devices include Garmin, ŌURA, and WHOOP) with data integration, continuous monitoring of physiological indicators (sleep duration and consistency, Heart Rate Variability, resting heart rate, recovery and strain trends), access to the COYA platform for actionable wellness guidance, individual coaching services focused on sleep optimization, stress management, recovery practices, sustainable wellness habits, and resilience-building strategies, ongoing accountability and support designed for law enforcement operational demands, and periodic reporting to CSP Wellness Program leadership using aggregate, de-identified data.
