The work consists of procuring and installing an aluminum storefront entrance system (framing, glazing, and door hardware) at the northwest corner of an existing parking structure, including selected demolition of the existing roll-up door, salvage of electrical components, handrails, and exit signage, and installation of security access components (card reader, Hirsch security system conduit and panel connections). The contractor must coordinate work with the Owner's Project Manager, maintain pedestrian and street access restrictions, provide daily site cleanup, and complete the project by May 30, 2027, with full closeout by June 30, 2027.
