Pre-Bid Conference: Prospective offerors requiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must request it in writing no later than 3:00 pm EST on 10/30/2026.
The selected vendor will schedule and perform HUD Housing Quality Standards inspections including initial, biennial, complaint/special, emergency re-inspection, re-inspection, and no-show inspections, complete Rent Reasonableness Survey Forms, notify tenants, owners and HRA of results, report life-threatening conditions immediately with 24-hour correction by the owner, deliver reports within 5 business days, upload reports to PHA Web within 10 days, report failed re-inspections and repeated no-shows within 5 days, and provide continuous service with trained, badged staff available at least two days per week.
