Contractors shall provide labor and materials for the following work at 64 Sandy Pond Road, Lincoln, MA 01773: replacement of approximately 10 squares of roof; replacement of damaged facia boards, crown molding, and similar elements; replacement of broken glass windowpanes; general structural repairs; and exterior envelope maintenance. Contractors shall also provide disposal of all debris generated during the course of work. Work must be completed by December 31, 2026. Prevailing wages as established by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards apply to all work performed on this project.
