The Contractor shall furnish all properly licensed labor, supervision, transportation, tools, testing equipment, safety equipment, permits, materials, rental equipment, documentation, and incidentals for authorized work. Typical services include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and installation of domestic water piping, sanitary and storm drainage piping, valves, backflow devices, pumps, fixtures, faucets, flush valves, toilets, sinks, drinking fountains, traps, and related components; clearing and repairing clogged drains using mechanical or hydro-jetting equipment; camera inspection; repair of plumbing connections serving kitchens, laboratories, custodial areas, athletic facilities, water heaters, boilers, HVAC equipment, and irrigation; inspection, preventive maintenance, leak detection, testing, winterization, code corrections; emergency response to active leaks, burst or frozen piping, sewer backups, failed fixtures, loss of water, gas odors, and other failures affecting health, safety, sanitation, or continued school operations; and small plumbing installations and alterations within monetary and legal limits.
