Pre-Bid Conference: September 4, 2026 at 10am at the Paul F Doyon Memorial Elementary School, 216 Linebrook Road, Ipswich, MA.
The OPM will initially represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases, with potential amendment to include continued project management services through design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction and final closeout. The feasibility study will evaluate a renovation of the existing school, a renovation and addition, and/or new construction, examining two enrollment options (425 students at Doyon or 805 students in a consolidated Doyon/Winthrop school). The OPM will also be expected to utilize the SDO's online reporting system, adhere to M.G.L. c. 7, § 61, and provide regular reports on businesses engaged in the work.
