Proposals are due to Affordable Housing/CDBG Office, Town of Yarmouth, 1146 Route 28, So. Yarmouth, MA 02664, by 2:00 p.m. December 4, 2026.
The purpose of this RFP is to redevelop underutilized or blighted property located in the Route 28 economic corridor. Funds may be used for the acquisition of real property for development of new affordable housing and/or the construction of new affordable housing. The Town may fund more than one project.
