The contractor shall provide complete labor installation of the owner-furnished Wayland High School outdoor challenge course. Work includes mobilization, field supervision, site safety controls, and protection of students, staff and public. The contractor shall verify layout and elevations, coordinate utility mark-out, receive and stage owner-furnished poles, anchors, cables and components. The contractor shall operate an auger truck to excavate and set five 50-foot Class II CCA-treated utility poles and one 40-foot Class III CCA-treated utility pole at approved locations, plumb and backfill/compact. The contractor shall install seventeen helical-style ground anchors at approved locations and angles with field documentation. The contractor shall install seventeen guy wires and guy guards, provide a rough-terrain boom lift with operator and fuel, and install the owner-furnished high-element system including cables, hardware and platforms under technical direction. The contractor shall remove existing tree-mounted high elements (Catwalk, Dangle Duo, Space Loops and Pamper Plank if feasible), make conditions safe, and dispose of removed materials. The contractor shall provide daily housekeeping, remove debris, rough-grade disturbed areas, support punch-list correction and acceptance inspection, and provide closeout documentation including photographs, installation records and certified payrolls. Work shall comply with the approved manufacturer/supplier details and ACCT standards. Installation must be completed before the course is placed into service.
