The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority ("Authority") is issuing this Request For Response (" RFR") seeking responses from qualified firms ("Offerors/ Proposers") to provide commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services.
Pre-Bid Conference: There's no pre bid conference. all questions must be submitted online via the COMMBUYS Bid Q& A functionality and must be received not later than 5:00 PM., on October 23, 2026
The selected firm acts as expert advisor on the Authority's real estate portfolio and any future acquisitions or dispositions. Advisory work covers portfolio assessment, market studies, review of applicable laws and regulations, and presentations to leadership and the Board. Brokerage work covers cost and revenue analyses, marketing materials, negotiation support, and management of customary broker activities. Work is performed under individual task orders.
