The contractor(s) shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for comprehensive snow and ice removal services including salt/de-icing agents to the driveways and parking lots at the designated sites within the awarded geographical areas, and in the event that sites are short staffed, the contractor may be asked to remove snow from stairs, sidewalks and accessible handicap ramps.
