The selected vendor(s) will provide transportation for court-involved individuals to court-related programs such as counseling sessions, court sessions, probation appointments, vocational training, education programs, court-ordered treatment programs, and medical appointments. Services must include both scheduled and on-demand rides, single-user and multi-user options, and point-to-point, round trip, and multipoint service. The vendor must provide licensed drivers with registered and insured vehicles, offer a virtual platform for ride scheduling and tracking, and submit monthly reports on all rides.
