The proposer shall assess, design, furnish, install, program, configure, test, document, and support a complete, reliable, and scalable public-safety radio communications system for the Framingham State University Police Department (FSUPD) to replace an existing system. This includes dispatch consoles and workstations; repeaters; transmitters and receivers; antennas and RF components; network and Radio-over-IP equipment; racks, grounding, bonding, surge and lightning protection; primary and backup power; monitoring and alarm systems; and all associated hardware, software, licensing, and interfaces. The work also includes a transportable backup dispatch system deployable within 15 minutes, comprehensive training, and a Maintenance Agreement for the full contract term.
