Sealed bids must be received at the Town Administrator Office, 558 South Main St., Raynham, MA 02767 on or before Thursday, 11/5/26 at 2:00 P.M., at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened.
The selected contractor will provide on-call carpentry/construction services at various locations in the Town of Raynham, including repurposed school buildings. The contract is for one year with options to renew for up to two additional years. The Town anticipates awarding up to three contracts. The bidder must submit a completed Bid Pricing Form with hourly rates for Construction Supervisor, General Laborer, and Apprentice for normal business hours and after hours, plus a materials markup percentage.
