The project consists of the removal and legal disposal of existing broadloom carpet, VCT flooring, and rubber stair coverings across two residential group home buildings. Work includes substrate conditioning and polymer-modified cement skim-coating over existing wood subfloors and original hardwood floors, installation of new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring throughout all common areas, hallways, kitchens, and closets, installation of new one-piece rubber stair treads, risers, and landing coverings, and the supply and installation of site-matched wood shoe molding to maintain existing wood baseboards in place.
