EOHHS seeks to contract with one or more qualified vendors to perform one or both of the following TPL activities: (1) third party health insurance investigations for cost avoidance purposes and to identify and recover MassHealth claims payments from the liable third party; and (2) third party health insurance investigations and maintenance to ensure the cost effectiveness of the MassHealth Premium Assistance programs.
